Found it on Pinterest

So this is the very first thing that I did from Pinterest. I love it.
It is for Jason's office. He loves it as well.
It might not be as cool as the original but it is our own. Jason and I both love the fact that Jackson is drinking his bottle that is just him (and no lectures on him still having a bottle!).

My talented niece took the picture and then she edited it somewhere online since we don't have a fancy SLR camera.

Here is the inspiration from this talented lady.

Tasty Tuesday/Found it on Pinterest

So this week we have a double whammy!
My Pinterest fascination is seriously interfering with my life. I love Pinterest.

heheee, this picture basically sums it up :)

Anyway- back to the tastiness for the week.
We have been having an amazing homemade chinese dinner at home for a while. I saw these Weight Watchers crab rangoon I thought for sure they would make an excellent addition to our dinner.
Look how yummy-

AWESOME right?
Well mine looked NOTHING like these. I think whoever took this picture is a big fat liar. I am pretty sure that someone fried these up (or went to thier local Ding Ho) and took a picture. As you will see, mine were not nearly as pretty. They were ok with taste but Jason said they were too crabby. They were. It was strange.
\
So I started by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl:

1/8 tsp garlic salt

1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small green onion
4 oz surimi imitation crab (I have no idea what this is so I bought so canned crab and called it a day)
3 oz cream cheese
14 wonton wrappers

Mix all the goodies and place 2 teaspoonfuls in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten edges with water; bring corners to center over filling and press edges together to seal.
Place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Lightly spray wontons with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake at 425 °F (210 °C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Makes 14 Crab Rangoon (2 Per Serving)

As a dip it was THE BOMB!

I wrapped them all up, it wasn't too bad. Until I realized I was using 2 wrappers per bundle. My bad.

I popped them in the oven and they smelled AWESOME.

Yup- nothing like the pic above and I followed the directions to a T.

My review? I am not a fan. I will make the inside as a dip though and bring it to a party sometime though.
Maybe next time.

Found it on Pinterest.

So I have 71 pins on Pinterest. I have completed 3.

2/71 ain't good folks.

Maybe I am starting to feel a little like Angie said I would, a big fat failure. Crap.

I am going to try to complete one pin a week. We will see how long that lasts, ha.

So this week it is the 100's workout, what you thought that Pinterest was only for foodies and craft junkies? Nope, there is all kinds of stuff on there. So much so that I can spend hours and hours looking. Terrible.

so back to topic- Momma is trying to break this plateau and it is hard, hopefully this will help?

It was a totally quick workout that really gets your butt up and moving. I think about passed out around the 50 crunches mark the first time. I pushed on and I was so happy to finish up.

I switched it up a little and did Salsa dancing instead of the 10 minutes of running. Jackson was sleeping so firing up the treadmill was not an option. Running outside? Yeah, that's not happenin'.

I love the burn that this workout gives without taking up half my day, and I can do it in my living room. I love it.

Oh, if you don't know what Pinterest is look it up, join and be prepared to be amazed. Let me know if you need an invite.
